Work safety is to take a series of measures to make the work flow smoothly with therequirements of the physical conditions and the working order, to eliminate or control theoccurrence of the dangerous and harmful factors effectively. Making sure that there is nomajor production accidents, so as to keep the staff healthy, and guarantee the normal use of theproduction facilities, to make the production and operation activities in a smooth state. With therapid development of economic construction, the supervision of safety production work hasbecoming increasingly arduous. However, the traditional mode of supervision of productionsafety has been unable to meet the actual demand of production safety supervision under the newsituation. In the traditional supervision work, the law enforcement department must obtain therelevant information of production and business units if there is a sudden accident or they mustaccept the complaints and reports, and then dispatched the law enforcement officer to theincident and get the scene evidence according to the related information, and then goback to get the information collected, finally dispose of the illegal acts or events. This mode oflaw enforcement has a longer cycle and a lower efficiency, so it can’t adapt to the heavy workof supervision of the production safety in the new situation.Aiming at the above problems, this paper puts forward a set of Work Safety SiteAdministration System Based on Android Platform. Put advanced computer technology, datamanagement technology, the mobile terminal software technology into traditional lawenforcement model, to provide convenient means and tools for production safety lawenforcement. The system is based on the Android platform for the development of customizedbasis, combined with the wireless network communication and Bluetooth and QR codetechnology, using MySQL database as the the information carrier to store all kinds of safetyinformation and the relevant law enforcement information in production, so that the lawenforcement officers can execute operation through the mobile terminal in real-time on theproduction site to improve the level of management informatization in safety production.The system is divided into three parts: Android client, server and Web client. Themobile terminal based on Android system can cooperate with the portable gas detector tocomplete the acquisition of gas data, image and the specific location of the law enforcement officer on the production site, and the law enforcement officer can upload the lawenforcement data to the server database through this software, at the same time the person whohas landed the system can query the enterprise information, the relevant laws and regulations andother information. The server of the system use the MySQL database to manage user information,law enforcement data and various information that the client will require for querying. And theserver can provide the interface of the method for Android client and Web client, making theclient can complete the function operation. The Web client is mainly to enable PC usersto access the system through the server browser, to query the law enforcement data that themobile terminal uploads on the production site, and according to the distribution of userauthority management, the person can query, delete or analyze the data.Through the use of mobile enforcement terminal software, it will improve the efficiency oflaw enforcement of law enforcement officer on the production site, at the same time, the user canknow the law enforcement situation more easily through the browser, so as to achieve a bettersharing of information. So it will be able to discover the hidden trouble of safety productionsite and to take effective defense measures to guarantee the staff’s personal health and promotethe development of enterprises. Therefore the realization of safe production managementinformatization is imperative.
