The Design And Implementation Of Mobile Law Enforcement System For Qujing City Health Bureau Health Supervision

To adapt to the development of society, Qujing city health department needs to continue to strengthen the supervision of health, but because of the work of Qujing city health authority is also not effective information management, so the results of health surveillance have made relatively small. It cannot achieve the system deep into the field of law enforcement personnel to help law enforcement relevant information. So in order to meet the increasing health Qujing quality requirements, to adapt to the development of the health situation in Qujing, to improve supervision efficiency Qujing city health authority staff, and to strengthen the quality of health Qujing supervision, better service Qujing people’s lives, Qujing Municipal Health Bureau according to the current situation, designs and implements Qujing Municipal Health Bureau of Health Supervision mobile law enforcement system, which will promote the quality of health Qujing rising.We conduct requirements analysis according to Qujing City Health Authority’s specific circumstances and processes for health supervision, combined with the currently widely used advanced technology, using B/S architecture and J2EE in the struts, hibernate framework technology, through MVC control layer, view layer, model layer to separate data input, processing and output of design patterns for system design. The process of system design uses the UML modeling language, such as class diagrams, collaboration diagrams and so on. When we conducts the design of database, we uses ORACLE 10G to design the structure of the table.In the system, it designs and implements enforcement package terminal and back-office functions. Law enforcement package terminal implements the roving supervision management and other management. Other management includes oversight of information management, notification management, laws and regulations management, tour management which consist of supervision and oversight tour record. Site enforcement package backstage enables system management, basic information management and other administrative services. System management contains role management, rights management, organization management, staff management, menu management, data dictionary management and personnel management. Other management have roving supervision, unit information, notification notices, laws and regulations management, basic information management including supervision units management, small units of category management, large units of category management, check subcategories management, inspection category management, inspection and project management.The use of this system will greatly improve the quality of health, improve the efficiency of health supervision personnel, simplify the process of supervision operations, facilitate the supervision of personnel information query, avoid conflicts and contradictions between supervisors and being, tracking data in the field of law enforcement timely.
