The Research On The Enforcement System Of Mobile Transportation Management In Operations Management Industry

Nowadays, informatization plays an important role in promoting social-economic reformation.Road transport, which is a crucial part of transportation, is also an integral part of comprehensivetransport system. Therefore, to accelerate the development of road transport informatization meansa great deal to the road transport reformation, that is, transform the transportation into a modern oneat a new historical starting point. Besides, to accelerate the development of road transportinformatization can enhance the decision-making capacity and improve the level of supervise andservice.The thesis aims to standardize the transportation law enforcement management, to improve theability of transportation law enforcement and the level of service, and to promote the road transportto develop in a healthy and orderly way. The thesis is based on the already-built four leveltransportation administration laws and the requirement of strength the construction of the legalsystem of government, which precisely requires that the administrative enforcement actions shouldwidely use the advanced information methods and tools. By analyzing and studying thecombination of the daily enforcements with the mobile terminal, the thesis is expected to provide aconvenient tool for the front-line law enforcement so as to improve working efficiency, reduce theworking pressure, and increase the working accuracy and the fairness of law enforcement.The thesis, using the SOA framework design, studies the application integration of applicationsystem and mobile portal platform and makes the definition of the interface of the Web Servicesbased on XML. J2EE technology framework is used in researching the background. The softwareframework design used in the thesis, which improves the reliability of the system, reduces the costof development, shortens the time that takes in developing the underlying system, focuses on thedesign and development of business logic, and what’s more, speeds up the process of systemdevelopment.SOA-based transportation management platform takes full advantage of the existing serviceapplication system and combines the mobile communication environment and the mobile terminalenvironment with the traditional fixed-line broadband environment and the PC terminalenvironment, which has high versatility and scalability. The use of Web Services IntegrationServices effectively solutes the threat posed by the low security of the mobile handset, enriches thefunctions of transportation management business system, improves the level of the enforcement ofroad transport management, and finally, increases work efficiency.
