Design And Implementation Of The Mobile Enforcement System For Traffic Policeman Based On Mobile Internet Technology

The motor vehicle ownership in A province is more than 10 million,meanwhile,the registered driver here is growing with a spectacular rise every year.How to carry out the road traffic management of high efficiency and quality is the challenge to A province.Therefore,how to achieve the standard and efficient road traffic management in the case of limited road resources using modern technology is our concern.The wireless traffic law enforcement system based on mobile internet technology using SQL server database management system is designed based on the J2 EE technology.The background management module adopts B/S architecture and the mobile terminal uses C/S architecture.In the core database underlying architectur,it adopts high-performance servers and high-end storage devices based on Oracle RAC cluster.The main works are as follows:(1)List the functional and non functional requirements of the wireless traffic law enforcement system,and explain the contents of the functional and non functional requirements after analysis.By the description of the requirements,it determines the function of the system which is convenient for the design of the system.(2)List the system logic structure design,functional structure design,network topology design,database design and so on.Illustrate the detailed design of the main function module of the system and describe the security design and the interface design of the system.(3)Introduce the summary and plan of the test,and the analysis of test results.Introduce the progress plan of the project,safeguard measures as well as the difficulty coping strategies.By testing,the performance parameters of system under different scenarios show that the project has reached the design target and could meet the needs of the customer.The implementation of the wireless traffic law enforcement system has improved the efficiency of the traffic police in A Province,and has standardized the quality of law enforcement.Due to the system,the traffic police in A province not only achieves the efficient wireless law enforcement,but also realizes the service such as management,information and other additional features.
