Abstract/Summary:
China Mobile strengthens the construction of the Internet and increases the investment of electronic channel in recent years. More and more marketing activities are released in the electronic channel. The traditional marketing channels are attacked strongly by Internet that has real-time feature. It won’t meet the needs of market if the telecom carrier develops the marketing activities according to the traditional channels.This thesis summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of the marketing activities of electronic channels, tries to find a way to release the marketing activities by configuration but not coding. The supporting platform of marketing activities emerges as the times require. China Mobile can save their time and human cost and satisfies customers’needs which always changed quickly.The system includes marketing entrance module, page template management module, marketing configuration management module and activity management module. The author participated in the design and development of marketing configuration management module and activity management module.Marketing entrance module:This module is responsible for the management of the marketing activity entry (contact). Including contact to create, modify, query, release, the introduction of the contact, the stopping and starting of contact, the preview of contact, etc.Page template management module:This module shows users the marketing activities pages. Users can participate in activities, viewing individual records of activities participated in, etc.Marketing configuration management module:The initiators of the marketing activities can manage all aspects of activities, such as resource management, process management and system management.Activity management module:creation and management of activities.At present, the system is temporarily at the trial research and development stage, and will delivery to the carrier in few months. The system now can satisfy the basic requirement of the main marketing activities. The developers are trying to develop new function such as data analysis and improving the system by feedback from customers.
