Research On Soa-based Integration Framework For Management Support System Of Telecom Carrier

With the rapid development of the information technology and communication technology, telecom carriers are cavigorously carrying on the enterprise informationization construction. At present the quantity of management support system in three telecom carriers has been quite huge."Information isolated island" of the management support system and the small scale integration problem have brought to people’s attention and have already become the biggest barrier which hinder the further development of the enterprise informationization construction in telecom carriers. Service-Oriented Architecture (namely SOA) which is a new architectural pattern of computer application program provides a system architectural pattern which meets the requirements of flexibility, extendibility, reusability and the simply usability. Comparing with other technologies, this technology can resolve the problem of information isolated island between the management support system of telecom carriers and can meet the requirement of the development of the management support system.Marrying with the problems of system integration in the management support system encountered in the work, the author has researched the SOA theory and key technologies thoroughly. The author has proposed a SOA-based intergration framework for management support systerm and studied the interface platform based on the SOA technologies to slove the ERP system intergration application problem of the telecom carriers.The paper mainly divides into three sections. In the first section, it introduces the research background and the present situation of SOA research, wherein it researches the SOA-based theory and key technologies thoroughly. In the second section it describes generally for the present situation of the telecom carriers management support system and the intergration technologies it applies. Then it summarizes the phrases experienced by the telecom carriers when they constructed the management support system and the present remaining problems and analyzes the present IT system integration technology development situation as well as the carrier support system integration technology application situation.In the third section, the paper has proposed a SOA-based intergration framework for management support systerm based on the analysis of the present situation and studied the interface platform based on the SOA technologies to slove the ERP system intergration application problem of the telecom carriers.lt analyzes how to build the interface platform by using the SOA technology. And it can solve the integration problems between the ERP system of the telecom carriers and the external system. Then it makes the effect analysis for the application of this technology. In this section, it also gives the detailed system construction and realization flow chart in the concrete application.The content of this paper can apply in the framework design of the application integration system in the telecom carriers. By using SOA to carry on the IT system integration, it can enhance the efficiency of the integration system and reduce the integration complexity between the systems. It also helps to share information between the application systems.
