In the telecommunications industry value-added telecom services market value of its increasing emphasis on the potential of today, more and more companies started targeting value-added services market in this direction. However, a good marketing system will definitely contain a lot of data services and marketing activities, the process of things, these are the essential elements of the marketing system. Marketing system involves a wide range of business, process more, covering a large amount of data, some older systems, most of the existence of the old architecture, data warehouse design limitations, some relatively new business and business processes can no longer expect to give support the business.In this paper, a large domestic telecom company's marketing system as the background, in the increasingly fierce competition in the market today, aimed at the company's business needs to design a set of fully supporting the company's value-added business marketing system and its eventual implementation. Now every time the system will produce the marketing activities have to do a detailed analysis of the data records, and user feedback response summary data for analysis, systems analysis in future marketing programs concluded valuable experience in marketing for the company to do high-quality value-added services like marketing to lay a solid foundation.The system on the line, strongly supporting the company's value-added services marketing operations, which contributed to the success of the company's value-added service subscription and sales, while the degree of corporate information or a step forward. Information on telecommunications marketing activities have yet to spread, bringing many benefits from their point of view, the system has very broad application prospects.
