Rearch For Improving The Public Service Of Achives With Informationization

Economic development has brought the enhancement of social public power, people’s demand for the maintenance of their own rights and public services also gradually become more, under this background, the concept of "public service" has drew more and more attention from people. This demand is also true to the archives, which are part of the public cultural career, people have put forward higher requirements for the public service’s content, method and effect. More than this, with the rapid development of network technology, archives management gradually come into the digital age, which benefit the public service of the archives, while at the same time, also proposed the new challenge.Aiming at this problem, I use the situation of Guangxi archives as the research case. I review and analyze the development status quo of public service capacity, and introduce the factor of information technology to analyze its influence on Guangxi archives’public service-——as I can see, the factor of information technology has brought huge promotion on the ability of public service, but at the same time, the archives has not fully taken advantage of the information technology, facing many bottlenecks in the process of development.And aiming at these problems, I come to a solution after research. The Guangxi archives should change their service idea, set up the service consciousness, improve the service of product development ability, put forward more and more service products of high-quality, establish digital archives and the service products of information resources, strengthen the service means, take full advantage of the Internet technology, accelerate the innovation process of service pattern, use the propaganda to draw more customs and raise public awareness and influence. In this way, Guangxi archives can continuously improve the public service level of archives.
