A Study On Improving The Public Service Ability Of Anyang Archives For People's Livelihood

People's livelihood file is an important record of people's life trajectory,is the key evidence to safeguard legitimate rights and interests.It is the direct basis to solve the problem of people's livelihood.Therefore,to do well the file work of people's livelihood is of great significance to safeguard the masses' interests and promote social stability.It is also the embodiment and requirement of the party's aim of serving the people wholeheartedly.As an important basis for improving and guaranteeing people's livelihood,the utilization of livelihood records has been paid more and more attention.We analyze and study the importance and social value of livelihood records and public services of livelihood records,sort out the current situation of utilization of livelihood records,and explain the importance and necessity of livelihood records services.As an ordinary prefecture-level city,Anyang City has no obvious advantages in terms of its average level of economic and social development and e-government development,therefore,Anyang City is chosen as the research object,hoping to provide reference for other cities through the study and analysis of livelihood records in Anyang City.On the one hand,based on the interviews with archivists of Anyang Archives from June 8 to July 8,2020,and the access and utilization registers kept by the Archives,we analyzed the access and utilization channels,utilization purposes,utilization efficiency,and utilization satisfaction.On the other hand,through practical application,we explored the current situation of livelihood archives service in Anyang city government service network and archives website,and analyzed the general experience and advantages of livelihood archives service in Ningbo,Zibo and Shenyang,etc.Through multi-level and comprehensive analysis and research,we put forward the problems of closed access channels,insufficient resources of livelihood archives,backward archives management system and low informationization in Anyang city archives.The problems of closed access,insufficient resources,backward archival management system,and low level of informationization in the archives of Anyang city are analyzed,so as to plan a more suitable development route with universal benefit and improved access to the archives of Anyang city from the starting point of improving the public service and public service supply capacity of the archives of Anyang city,which will have certain reference value for the access to the archives of the people's livelihood in small and medium-sized cities in China.
