Design And Implementation Of Training Room Information Management System

The increase of social demand for applied and skilled talents along with the state increasing investment in education contributes to larger and larger school-running scales as well as rapid growth in training rooms and training equipment in vocational colleges,However, the previous relative lagging management of the training rooms fails to meet the needs of the practice teaching management. The late-started construction of information management and the continuous use of the independently operating information systems give birth to incomplete realization of modernization and informatization management of the existed daily management of vocational colleges.Facing up to a series of practical problems in management informatization process and combining with the practical situation in Nanning College Vocational Technology, we develop a set of economical, practical and efficient training room management system. The focuses of the article include:(a) Based on the practical problems existing in the training information construction, a need analysis is made on the training rooms information management system, systems business division and the whole system architecture design are accomplished in light of the system requirements for and complete; (b) Use is made of asp.net development technology to design and implement a B/S structure-based training room information management system, whose function modules mainly include training unit management, project management, training room unit management, equipment management, real-time online maintenance reports, query and statistics, training room consumables management and user management. Te function of these modules basically meets the need of training room management; (c) Finally, the system is tested in terms of functional testing and performance testing. The results show that the system basically meets the needs of users’ current need in function and performance. But parts of the performance of the system still need to be improved.Currently, the soundly-operating training room information management system has good application value, further promoting the informatization level of colleges and universities.
