This paper according to the problem of centralized control of distributed devices, data transmission and the demand of the increasing number of communication interfaces for embedded devices, carry out the corresponding research work around the MIL-STD-1553 B data bus and the ARINC429 bus used in avionics systems, and the Ethernet interface, UART interface of the modern computer universal interface. A multi-protocol serial data transmission board based on the core control processing unit combinationed of the TI high-speed floating point DSP TMS320C28346 and Spartan6 series FPGA XC6SLX100 is designed, which is provide solutions of the equipment of the distributed system centralized control, real-time data transmission, interface conversion between the different protocol.The paper introduces the design method of FPGA and DSP, analysis of the basic theory of the 1553 B bus, ARINC429 bus, Ethernet interface, asynchronous serial communication interface bus characteristics and standard protocol. Fully applied the modern digital system design technology of FPGA and DSP digital systems architecture technology in the paper, describes each module hardware design methods and the underlying driver development process with a modular design approach. Realized the control and data transmission by BC and RT mode of 1553 B interface, solved the send and receive data protocol of the ARINC429 through the FPGA programming, realized data transmission by RS422 or RS232, and Ethernet port server or client mode. Then the test methods of each module is designed, and gives the preliminary application test results. Finally, the paper the work is summarized, and to further complete the system function, improve the general use of the interface card, gives the follow-up work plan.
