The Design And Implementation Of The Client Program Of Large Format Inkjet Printer

With the rapid growth of economy in our country, the great development of advertising industry has been made in recent years. Broad in prospect, great in expressive force, convenient and quick in production process makes the large-format inkjet printers get more and more favor in the advertising industry with the contract of other medias.An easy-to-use large-format inkjet printer client system is designed in this paper which according to the project of large-format inkjet printer. Integrating with debugging, printing, previewing pictures and print controlling, the system debug the printer by the debugging window. By converting the printing file to BMP picture, print program takes charge of the printing operations; the printing control program takes charge of controlling operation of printing, pausing and continuing; the printing control program takes charge of the two-way real-time adjustment and the data communication program takes charge of the communication of the temperature and voltage curve between printers. The USB interface is used in the connecting between the system and the printer.The realization of inverse halftone is the key point in RIP file conversion program. An effective method of inverse halftone has been made in this paper by analyzing the existing characteristics of inverse halftone algorithm and meeting the actual demand of project. This algorithm can meet the speed demand and the precision of transforming image in actual project testing.The system meets the demand of the project very well including the operation printing, image displaying, operation controlling, data receiving and communication in practice. At the same time, good in stability, operability and expandability makes the perfect interoperability between printers.
