Research And Design Of The Control System Of The Wide Format Inkjet Printer Based On SOPC

As a result of the development of the wide format printing market, the industry of the wide format printer has been brought up to develop fast in recent years.For the problems of domestic production of the wide format inkjet printer and its future development of the control technology, the thesis analysed the mechanical structure and the working principle of the wide format inkjet printer, and proposed a solution to the control system of the wide format inkjet printer based on SOPC: NiosⅡwas chosen for the the processor of the system; Constructing NiosⅡperipheral module, such as memory module, communication module, and the motor control module, which realized a kind of new control system of wide format inkjet printer and prompted the ability of the huge image data transmission, the precision of the inkjet printer location, and the adapt- ablility of the different movement model. PC programme realized the basic color separation and image data transmission.The thesis mainly focuses on the following content and task: (1) Analysis of the system structure of the wide format printer and research of its work principle; (2) Design of the main structure of the control system and constructing of the control model based on the method of SOPC designing, according to the general index and basic function of the printer; (3) The NiosⅡsystem Design and the its integration in the QuartusⅡon the basis of the general design of the printer's hardware; (4) PWM module design based on the DSP Builder and discussed the Motor control module; (5) Software design of the control system of the wide format inkjet printer, including SOPC software design and PC software design.The experiment on the SOPC system indicates that the control system is available. It realizes the communication through USB2.0 between upper computer and NiosⅡsystem, and the function of the PWM, which is hign integrated, easy to maintenance and ugrade, and also has high stability.
