With the development of society, the demand of people for outdoor advertising has been large growing. The swift and violent development of advertising will be stimulated the fast development of wide-format inkjet printer industry's rapid development.This issue accord to the research project of wide-format digital inkjet printer, has been focusing on research and design the composition,motor, and sprinklers control, and designed a high-performance printer finally. Specific tasks are as follows:①We studied and designed the machinery, the motion control systems, and analyzed the working principle and processes, thenfound the key technology and difficulty of the printer.②We analyzed the word car BLDCM works, motion control curve. At the same time, model mathematical of BLDCM and based on DSP and MATLAB simulation, observe the motion curve, used the improved S-curve, so that the carriage unit can smooth, fast, accurate operation. Secondly, we have designed the control software and hardware of the take paper motor, and choice 16 segments and do some related experiments.③We studied the principle of sprinkler works, then designed the sprinkler system, including installation, ink supply system and temperature compensation devices. And analyzed the print theory, carriage unit, walking paper movement, and step distance in different print mode.④Machine installation and testing. Experiment for the carriage unit back to the origin, stability testing, and change the corresponding parameters to print test comparison. It can be drawn from the experiment: the width of the printer prints is 3. 2m, the resolution is 720DPI, the output speed of sketch is 180m2/h, and the output of high quality.
