With the developing of Internet, it is no doubt that the combination of teaching and Internet is a new tendency of teaching. Subject-based Learning Website means a learning resources website which is used for an in-depth research of one or multiple learning topic closely around a course or courses in the network. It promotes the development and use of the teaching resources in network, promotes the development of curriculum reform under the new situation. Combining with the traditional classroom teaching, it not only helps learners overall planning learning, but also helps them to strengthen their weak links according to their personal situation, and improves their autonomous learning ability. Due to the development of the network, build a website is not so difficult as ever, this makes the number of sites rise rapidly. Information start to flood on network, there is no exception for subject-based Learning Website. There are many forms of subject-based learning websites which are built by different kinds of identities or organizations. When the number of sites is bigger, and the quality of the site didn’t catch up with in time, users would worry about how to find the useful information on their own efficiently as well as enjoying the numerous information resources. At this point, it’s necessary to construct a set of the site evaluation index system which is scientific, and in comply with the situation.Some developed countries in the west which include America first to realize and start to research the site evaluation, they began to do the research early in the twentieth Century 90’s. According to the established evaluation objective and the principle of scientific evaluation, workers should select an effective evaluation method, construct a perfect evaluation system and a practical evaluation index system to select and assess the websites to determine its characteristics, quality and value. Website evaluation can not only guide users to use core resources, meet the needs of the users better, improve the efficiency of resource utilization, provide a reference and inspiration for web developers, but also save social cost and network space.Subject-based Learning Website is mainly to provide a knowledge learning platform for users who need to study the topic. In addition to paying attention to content and function, it should also pay attention to users’experience in the use of the site which is called user experience. Although the definition of user experience was standardized in recent years thing, but the word has been put forward and promoted by American scholars early in the last century 90’s.At present, function of most of the special subject-based Learning Website is relatively sound, which can meet the basic needs of learners. But many domestic and abroad websites remain to be improved in User Experience. As on the road of a country’s development, the spiritual civilization construction of the masses is important when people’s material demand is satisfied. But most of the design and evaluation to subject-based learning websites are studied from the perspective of experts and scholars, focus on the purpose of education, rarely stand in users’angle to carry on the research and analysis. So focus on User Experience on network, do research on the present situation and the design of Subject-based Learning Website based on user experience have important practical significance.This paper mainly promotes the rational design of Subject-based Learning Website. The paper analyzes and study the current situation of Subject-based Learning Website based on the user experience, set up an evaluation index system. And carry on the example application by using the system, finally analyze and study the detailed design of the website. The main achievements of this paper are:1、This paper analyze and study the current situation of Subject-based Learning Website, discusses concepts and background of website evaluation and user experience, discuss the significance of websites’evaluation and design based on the user experience, complete the study on the theoretical background of this topic.2、Combined with the theoretical research, with reference to a large number of research results at home and abroad, fully considering the actual situation of Subject-based Learning Website’s development in our country, clear the purpose of the special subject learning website, design the construction principle of evaluation index system. And select evaluation indexes based on the user experience, clear three levell indicator which include use、convenience and brand, calculate the various indexes weights with stratified calculation method, finally set up an evaluation index system of Subject-based Learning Website based on user experience.3、Select the part of subject-based learning websites, then get data through the questionnaire and get analysis of results by the system. Compare the results with the rank in the domestic authoritative website to check the operability and feasibility of the evaluation index system. The comparison can provide some references for the application of index system method in practice, and also indirectly reflects the current situation of construction and development of Subject-based Learning Website in China.4、Combining the above points, from the design of the prophase investigation and orientation, the interim website design, and the later website maintenance and development three aspects, put forward some opinions and suggestions on the specific design of Subject-based Learning Website. Hope that we can give some reference to the design and research of Subject-based Learning website based on user experience.5、On the basis of the research results of this paper, combined with the major course of Computer Science, design a C++ learning website, and explain the key points of website design with the C++ learning website.
