The development of the Web2.0 has given birth to a group of user-centric tourism information sharing platforms.Such platforms take UGC(User Generated Content)as the main content on the premise of fully respecting the creativity and participation of users,Providing a wealth of UGC tourism information resources.From the practical perspective,UGC tourism websites rely on rich product and service resources,combing with structured data,such as reviews,travel notes and so on,to help users make more personalized travel decisions.However,there are a series of problems with the development of the websites,such as the withdrawal of well-known brand communities,the difficulty of the websites to effectively meet the users' needs,and the low satisfaction of the websites,which have become factors restricting the development of UGC tourism websites.From the theoretical perspective,the current research mostly from the perspectives of product marketing,strategy quality,and service quality,but those are still very weak about the evaluation research on UGC tourism websites from the perspective of user satisfaction.Therefore,under the current research background,this paper has carried out relevant research,based on user satisfaction theory,and constructed a UGC tourism website evaluation index system.The specific research content mainly includes the following aspects:First,the paper defines the concept of UGC tourism websites and their evaluation,summarizes the classification of UGC tourism websites,and summarizes theories and models of user satisfaction.By referring to the user satisfaction model and combining the functional characteristics of UGC tourism websites,following the construction principles of the index system,the evaluation indicators of UGC tourism websites are initially selected.Secondly,with the help of the questionnaire survey method,the experts are pre-investigated,the initial evaluation indicators are integrated and selected based on the survey results,and then the experts are invited to compare and score each evaluation indicator in the form of questionnaires.On this basis,the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of each indicator.In addition,based on the user questionnaire survey,weights are again assigned to the indicators,and the indicator weights determined based on the user questionnaires are compared with those determined based on the expert questionnaires to construct the final UGC tourism website evaluation indicator system.Then,users who have used Mafengwo,Qiongyou.com,Ctrip.com,and Tuniu.com are invited to fill in the satisfaction survey questionnaire.According to the satisfaction scoring results of the questionnaire,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to verify the rationality of the evaluation index system.Finally,summarize the paper,give suggestions to improve the development of UGC tourism websites,and point out the deficiencies of the research and the direction of future improvement.
