As the competition of securities brokerage business is heating up in China, ZhongTong Securities Co., Ltd. (a pseudonym), business of which based in securities brokerage, needs to make effective improvements in customer service. Now the CRM system that is used as customer service tools has been unable to serve the rapid development of business, because of heterogeneous systems architecture, difficulty in development and maintenance become particularly prominent. So the company’s customer Maintenance is falling behind, brokerage market share will be affected. New brokerage marketing service system is required, which has efficient customer services and providing customer self-service platform to form a new situation to interact with customers. For this requirement, fully integrating resources and other existing systems such as portals, e-mail, SMS and other systems to form a fast and efficient linkage is needed in the new brokerage marketing service system.First of all, the problems of marketing services and system maintenance which ZhongTong Securities Co., faced is discussed, then the necessity of the SOA-based brokerages marketing services systems is cleared. Based on this, the major features of the brokerages marketing services systems such as customer management, service product management, information delivery services, customized services is discussed, services product distribution, customer self-service and other core processes is analyzed. Then, based on the system architecture of SOA, services product distribution, customer self-service and other core subsystems of brokerages marketing service system is designed in details, it focuses on how information services product distribution and customer self service subsystem integrate with e-mail, SMS, portals and other existing systems through Web Services, and how to make the real-time financial news and information be effectively delivered to the customer. Finally, scalability of the system is analyzed.
