"Earth Observatory and Navigation Technology", especially"New Generation Air-traffic Management System", is an important part of"Hi-tech Research and Development Program of China (863 Program)". This master thesis is based on"Civil Aviation Public Information Platform (CAPIP)"project, which is designed and implemented using SOA method. This master thesis analyses the importance of SOA in the"Civil Aviation Enterprises Information Integration"and processing complicated business requirements. We use SOA architecture to analysis, design and implement the"Civil Aviation Information Platform (CAIP)"in the manner of Web Service.Firstly, we introduce the requirements of CAIP. Then, the system architecture, the relating business-functions modules, and the core implementation technologies of this platform are presented. Through analyzing current business logic and business functions of relating enterprises in detail, we use service-oriented design idea to divide CAIP's core business logic from top to down, from coarse grain to fine grain. Finally we use multi-granularity design methods to design core services in accord with the CAIP's characteristics, which provides coarse grain services for the integration of civil aviation business, and fine grain services for the application in the enterprises, respectively.Besides, after designing and implementing CAIP's core services, we consider services compositions to provide new services. This master thesis analyses the specifications about Business Process Execution Language (BPEL) and CAIP's business flow. We present system architecture of dynamic service compositions and the dynamic-binding based on QoS restriction, selection strategy aiming at this platform. We also apply it to the CAIP's flow execute. At last, we implement the dynamic service compositions of CAIP based on ActiveBPEL Engine and the effectiveness of the system is also validated.
