Web services technology's characteristics of packaged, loosely coupled made it had a wide range of applications.More and more service providers packaged their services into Web services and published them.Accordingly, the service consumer's demands of response speed, service quality get higher and higher, making it increasingly difficult to meet the comsumers' needs with the single service. So,service composition gets necessary.Service composition means combined kinds of existing services into a new service dynamically in accordance with user's needs. As a result of using existing services can realize not only software reuse, sharing of resources but also the dynamically generated combination of services, which greatly shorten the development cycle of service and reduce the development costs.Almost all of research on services composition all focused on these difficulty fields:how to accurately describe the actual needs of users;and in accordance with the demand for services to choose the right existing service and combined them into a new service to meet the needs of user; services compositon process automation and quality of compoed service, etc. This article is mainly about the design and implementation of an application customization and service composition syxtem which support the QoS.First, the largest application of a template-based applications and services customized model portfolio, which include the architecture and workflow.Secondly, the thesis designed the credit-based QoS assurance mechanisms, which include the records of credit and credit-driven model of service management strategy. Finally, the thesis designs and approach application customization and service composition system which support the QoS and evaluate its performance with experiments.
