The Theory And Practical Research Of A Guiding System For Postgraduates’ Personalized Scientific Research

In the era of development, innovation is the determining factor to the society development. Talents are the foundation of innovation, and postgraduate education is the most important part of talent training. In the new situation, the comprehensive quality of postgraduate ought to keep pace with the times. However, there is still a big gap between the postgraduates’current level and the demand of social development. In the process of personalized guiding for the postgraduate, it’s a problem for their professors to guide them according to the different stages. Also, how to predict the weakness of the postgraduate, and how to take measures to intervene relatively, etc. those are problems too. But with the rapid development of network technology and the intellectualization of mobile technology, the future of personalized training of postgraduate is quite bright.The study includes two parts, the theory and the practice. In the theory research, we established the guiding model for postgraduates’individualized scientific research. It includes three sub-parts:cultivation process modeling, cultivation target modeling and evaluation modeling. In the practice research, we adopted tri-layer architecture system and MVC exploration model, and used ASP.NET technique, database technique, mobile technique, cloud computing and so on. We have designed and realized two kinds of software; one is the postgraduates’growth space which is running on personal computer, the other is the postgraduates’ scientific research assistant which is running on mobile. This system includes four main functions, namely, database management, scientific research management, interactive communication and attendance management, etc., which can basically satisfy the requirements of supervisors’guidance for postgraduates’ personalized scientific research. The system is also a good platform for the postgraduate cultivation.At present, the guiding system for postgraduates’ personalized scientific research has basically finished and operated well in the sina clouds and android platform. Through preliminary test, this system becomes a good assistant for supervisors to guide postgraduates to do scientific research, as well as providing great help for team management, student management and interactive communication and so on. Meanwhile, this system can provide postgraduates with a good network environment for scientific research and learning. It not only has the function for self-evaluating but also has the function for sharing personal experience actively, which will promote their comprehensive quality of individual scientific research in an all-round way.
