With the further development of China's Internet technology,the Internet has gradually affected the society from all walks of life,"Internet plus" has become the new trend of the development of the internet.While scientific research as the core of national innovation driven development,the rapid development of information technology has accelerated the process of globalization of scientific research,but compared with the development speed of the Internet,it is still a big gap.On the one hand,Scientific research information can improve the efficiency of scientific research.On the other hand,it can make full use of scientific research resources.Therefore,the research and implementation on scientific informatization products have great significance for the development of research field.In view of the difficulty of scientific research output and the limitation of scientific research information cooperation,a scientific research sharing management system based on personalized recommendation algorithm is proposed in this paper.The key technologies and architecture design of research sharing management system,the research and implementation of personalized recommendation algorithm,and the software design of scientific research sharing management platform are studied respectively.The main work is as follows:1.sumarize the existing problems of scientific research system,first of all,from the function and performance of scientific research product requirements are analyzed in detail;then,the system application of key technologies are briefly summarized.At the end of the share of scientific research management system of the overall design.2.introduce the personalized recommendation algorithm to solve the individual research needs of users.Firstly,the personalized recommendation algorithm of the theoretical research,focus on the comparison of different personalized recommendation algorithm and recommendation algorithm research appropriate for sharing management system of personalized;in addition,summarize the application of scene analysis system research,forecasting the dynamic degree of interest by the operation behavior of scientific users.In order to establish the scientific research dynamic user rating matrix,topN recommended.Finally,the accuracy,recall,coverage and popularity of the recommended results are verified by the movielens dataset.3.researching and designing a scientific research sharing management system.Ruby on Rails framework is used to realize personal information management,user authentication,authority authentication,team management,dynamic management,recommendation system integration and other functions.4.through the function division of the scientific research sharing management system,writing the corresponding test cases,testing the function of the system,and then deploying the entire application to Ali cloud ECS server.This system is driven by the rapid development of scientific research by using information technology,through the implementation of scientific research information Web development technology,including scientific research,scientific research management,sharing scientific cooperation,sharing of scientific research management system to enhance the efficiency of scientific research and promote the rapid and steady development.
