The Design And Application Of Information Intelligent Assistant System For University Scientific Research Management

With the booming development of economy and the strong support of governments at all levels for the deep integration of production,education and research in universities,the cooperation projects of scientific research in universities are on the steep rise.Under such circumstances,the rapid increase of data has brought great pressure to the efficiency of scientific research management system in universities.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen the informationization ability of the scientific research management system in the universities and to improve the efficiency of the scientific research management system.In this project,the requirements of the information business in the scientific research management system of Tianjin University is taken as the application background,and the aim is to design and develop a university scientific research information auxiliary management system with practical application value.The core idea of this project is "to realize the transformation of offline functions to online functions".Software engineering method is used to develop the project.According to business needs,three main parts are determined: information extraction,docking of scientific and technological systems with financial systems and contract audit.This paper describes the process of system design and development in detail.The system involved can improve the informatization ability of scientific research system and alleviate the problem of "Information island".The main tasks of this project include:1.The proposed system utilized Java EE as the system technology development platform,used SSH framework for design and development,built a university scientific research information auxiliary management system.2.The project designed the database structure model which met the requirements,and completed the database table creation in Oracle 10 g database.3.The university scientific research information auxiliary management system chooses three modules,such as the audit of scientific research contract,to analyze the demand,and designs the algorithm to realize the module,and obtains the result which meets the functional operation demand.In this paper,the auxiliary management system of scientific research informationization in Colleges and universities is designed and tested with test cases.The results show that the system achieves the design goals.In addition,the university scientific research information auxiliary management system designed in this paper has been integrated with the previous research information management system of Tianjin University,and has been applied in the actual research management of Tianjin University.
