Based On Scientific Research Management System Web Environment

With the development of science, colleges and universities pay more attention to the management of scientific information system. How to make use of Internet to develop a scientific managing system in colleges and universities is a key problem we need to probe and solve.In view of the existing situation of the scientific management in our university, this paper develops a scientific managing system based on Web to ensure that a scientific management can be achieved swiftly, conviniently, accurately and safely in the university, which in turn results in a scientific, standardized and efficient scientific management in the university.Firstly, database access technology being the clue, this paper analyzes the mostly-used database access technology at present and the technology to realize Web database system, especially analyzes and studies ADO.NET, and puts forward a method to better the database. Then in view of computer network, managing information system and designing of software engineering, this paper analyzes the need of the system, the feasibility of the system,the function module design of the system,detailed function design and the plan of realizing the system, and especially analyzes the key technology to realize the system and the solution to improve the functions of the system. The main technique in the system design is B/S computing mode; the security of the system is improved via checking function module and safety design; the scientific managing system is implemented by making use of object orientated programming method, ASP.NET and MySQL5.0. At last in which ways the system should be improved is put forward.The main modules constituted in the paper are scientific project management, scientific product management, university fund project management, scientific product examining management, university fund project approving management, project funds management, achievement allowance management, branch management, staff management, system rights management, university scientific information inquirement, information releasing management, fundamental data , login models. These functions run through the whole process of the scientific management, and have passed the software test, and have been put into use formally.
