E-Research Oriented Of Scientific Research Space Information Management System Design And Development

Along with the economic globalization and the means of communication technology innovation, we have stepped into an information era of data sharing, in all aspects of our work and life. Scientific research information, with the E-Science put forward in end of20th century,was made more and more attention. About a year later, British successfully put forward the concept of E-Research. What’s the difference with the E-Science is that E-Research pays more attention to the management of scientific research process. E-Research oriented of scientific research space information management system is a team internal information management system for efficient scientific research. In the process of scientific research information, the present system of scientific research project is lack in management, especially after confirming the project. In this case, it is not conducive to the scientific research resources sharing within the team, but also unfavorable to the program manager to a comprehensive understanding of the course of scientific research projects.The main purpose of this system is to implement tutor groups within different research subjects in resource sharing and collaboration function, and then manage the information of research and reduce life cycle of scientific research. The system consists of four modules namely:the portal, public library, tutor research space and graduate research space. System portal mainly provides users with a friendly interface system, which can blend the other parts together. Public resource bank plays a role of "library" in the entire system. Personal research space can provide users a space which can mange their resource and communication with their partners.The main contents of this thesis just like follows:(l)Introduce the research background and significance of this paper and the status of E-Research.(2)The information management system is based on the scientific research at home and abroad. Design the system module and detailed analysis of the functional requirements of each module.(3)Implementing a portal system, public resource, such as mentor research space, graduate student research space module develop this system, which can dynamically manage the information of the system.
