The Design And Implementation Of Scientific Research Management System With Information Pushing For The Universities

Scientific research is an important work in the colleges and universities, researchers mainly adopt two methods, i.e., information retrieving by themselves and information recommendation by system, to obtain the scientific information. Therefore, how to quickly and intelligently to show the retrieval results and provide the personalized information recommendation is for the researchers is of importance in scientific management. The information pushing technology of the scientific projects for the dynamic management and the real-time monitoring, which can achieve the relevant content pushing in time, is required.This paper first discusses the current situation of university scientific research management system, and points out the shortcomings of the traditional university scientific research management system, and the function and the core process of the university scientific research management system which supports the information push technology. On this basis, the overall structure of the system is analyzed, and the design of the core subsystems such as scientific research project, research achievements, science and technology exchange, data management and so on. Which focus on the research project management subsystem support push technology, through the establishment of a tag library for the push content to add tags, the same push content will have a number of tags; according to the label and the user’s information to carry out a comparative analysis of the user’s information, and finally to the client after the relevance of the value sort. Finally, the university research management system is prospected.
