The technology of the Internet of things has been widely used in all aspect of life In recent years. This paper will apply the technology of the Internet of things to the field of light industry. It designs and implements clothing line monitoring platform system based on this technology. We designed this system aims to improve the efficiency of production management and service level. The platform combines with enterprise ERP technology to implement the scientific management of staff performance appraisal,then it solves many of the problems of enterprises, such as garment production process confusing, high administrative costs,low productivity.Aiming at the problems encountered in the process of garment production, this paper studies the design and implementation of management platform of apparel production process. Firstly, this paper expounds the present situation of the application of Internet of things technology application to the clothing production process in the enterprises. Then it analyzes the wireless sensor network, RFID radio, multi protocol conversionand wireless network node positioning technology of the Internet of things and realizes a set of clothing production line monitoring platform in the last. The platform uses RFID tags as the information carrier and takes Zigbee network as transmission medium and uses the multi protocol conversion gateway as the hub and uses the network topology discovery as the tool. Then it introduces the hardware and software design of multi protocol conversion gateway module and acquisition terminal. In the implementation process, Firstly, this paper presents the design of the overall framework of the system and modules and inter module communication interface. Finally, in order to effectively manage network node equipment, this paper presents a design of wireless sensor network node positioning DV-Hop grid algorithm based on probability according to the platform application scenarios. At the end of the thesis, completed the RFID module, Zigbee module, gateway module and node localization module test.The test results in the clothing enterprises production process for this platform show that the system can help enterprises to improve production efficiency and reduce management cost, and standard clothing production process and achieve the expected goal.
