The information age has brought a huge influence on the university library, the traditional service mode is becoming more and more difficult to meet readers’ demand.In the information age,personalized service has become the mainstream. In order to improve the service level of university library, provide the high quality of service, improve the competitiveness of the university, the university library personalized information service has become a new trend.In formation technology is gradually changing the Education industry, people’s expectations for network education and judgment are slowly changing. The rising of MOOC is making the network education to be attention again.MOOC has become one of the hottest topics in the field of Internet education.Librarians should be integrated into the construction of MOOC, to support and assist the teaching of higher education.In this paper, the breakthrough point is the construction of university library MOOC building.The research objectthe construction of university library MOOC. Through the in-depth research of the university library MOOC build to provide a theoretical guidance for the policy implementation. The MOOC program can better promote policy implementation and the colleges and universities. This paper adopted literature, investigation, comparative research method, etc. Specifically through to the foreign domestic MOOC literature in university library, constructing this article research background and significance, to discover and summarize MOOC construction problems in the course of university library, and proposes the corresponding improvement measures for it.In this paper, starting from the research status of academic library MOOC, on a comprehensive introduction of the university library MOOC at the same time, puts forward some Suggestions for the new communication environment in promoting the construction of the library.This article is divided into six chapters, concrete framework is as follows:Chapter 1: the introduction part, elaborated the paper research background, research significance, research status at home and abroad and the thesis research contents, methods, ideas and innovation.Chapter 2: basic theory of university library personalized information services MOOC overview. This paper briefly introduces the basic situation of university library personalized information services MOOC, including the concept and characteristics of university library personalized service MOOC.Chapter 3: university library personalized information services MOOC questionnaire. From the basic situation of library users to participate in the MOOC, participation, course learning experience perspective MOOC services such as the status quo.Chapter 4: the library individualized information service MOOC problems and cause analysis. Comprehensive analyses the problems existing in the personalized information service in library, and analyzes the reasons of the existence of these problems.Chapter 5: countermeasures MOOC university library personalized information service. Library is put forward in the face of the advent of the era of MOOC needed to prepare, including on the idea to build up the idea of \ "user-centric\", set the target of wisdom library construction.Chapter 6: summary. The article has carried on the summary, the results of research and disadvantages are summarized and induction.
