Research On The Service Measures Of University Library Based On MOOC Background

Since the beginning of 2012, the Massive open online course(MOOC) has had a great impact on the traditional higher education, and the research of MOOC has begun. The university library which get an important position in higher education system, the is also changing. University library users are from limited groups to the equal access to all users, library services also from the literature information management and service to knowledge management and knowledge services in the transition, the traditional librarian intermediary services to the user self-service change, the university library itself from self direction to propaganda and promotion. Under the change of external environment, how to improve the service of university library is a top priority. Foreign countries have already begun to practice the service of University Library MOOC, with the continuous development of MOOC research, the domestic university library and the association between the MOOC continues to show. University library can take MOOC as the breakthrough point, to enhance their own influence and value.This paper is divided into six parts:the research background, the relevant theory and basis, the MOOC service case analysis of university library, the service measures and model construction of University Library under the background of MOOC, the follow-up support and the conclusion and prospect. This paper first introduces the MOOC, summarizes the development of MOOC in our country, and the status of domestic university library to participate in the practice of MOOC service. This study analyzes the successful participation of MOOC practice in the library of Stanford University and Duke University in two foreign universities, and then puts forward the idea of improving the service of University Library in the background of MOOC. First, to promote the development of educational information as an opportunity to promote the reform of the University Library itself. Second, it is clear that the main body of the University, the library support for the support of ideas, advocate "library +MOOC" service mode. Under the guidance of these two ideas, this article puts forward the improvement of the MOOC service measures and the construction of the service model of the University Library in our country under the background of MOOC. Finally, from four aspects of the organization structure, personnel, resources and space of university library, this paper discusses the following guarantee of the service of University Library under the background of MOOC.
