Nowadays, Non-Profit organizations in the contemporary environment has become a main driving force in term of social stability and progress. With the rapid development of advanced information technology, the trend to manage and record data has been changed gradually. However, due to the big differences in various areas of the field and the lack of profit incentive for software vendors, very few vendors have focused on developing such kind of system. It leads to the primitive manner in performance measurement and decision-making and other aspects. Today, Taiwan government has raising focus on Non-Profit Organizations with care for the Earth and humanity. Therefore, this area has attracted more intention about its efficiency, management and supervision with higher expectations. The questions such as how to use media resources efficiently, how to show implementation results and performance, how to plan services meet the actual needs of Non-Profit Organizations development have become more and more important.This study proposes a "Non-Profit Organization New Media Communication Performance System " concept mainly based on performance management. This study utilizes the balanced scorecard, key performance indicators, data warehousing methodology, all kinds of online transaction processing and spreadsheets to import data warehouse. We Combine business intelligence methodologies, online analytic processing summary of drill-down and roll-up functions to implement a dashboard and charts presentation with instrument systems. Morover, using web user-friendly interface and high affinity dialogue model to provide a strategic planning and performance measurement to assist Non-Profit Organizations in eliminating the facing problems. The purpose of this study is to cooperate with professionals’ contribution to the field of Non-Profit Organizations in order to develop a more complete and high-quality products. It not only benefits Non-Profit Organizations, but also indirectly brings better services to beneficiaries and the communities.
