The electric energy metering device is the main tool for electric power enterprise to product and manage and calculate the power, so the management of this device needs great attention. However there are many drawbacks in the management of the electric energy metering device, which would influence the improvement of electric enterprise. So it is necessary to design and implement an electric energy metering device warehouse management system for Tianjin electric power in order to enforce the management of device and to ensure the normal use of the device.Before the design and the implementation of this system, we analyzed the management mode and the management flow of the electric power metering device and researched the current advanced computer technology used by foreign similar system. After that we decided to use the B/S architecture technology, and to use the mobile application based Android as the warehouse application platform. We designed this system with the combination of B/S architecture and mobile application. And the other technology used in this system is J2EE, and we adopted the object-oriented Java language and the SSH framework to design this system. Besides, this system also adopted the MVC and the SQL SERVER 2012 database to be designed.This system is divided into in-out warehouse management, work order management, statistics inquiry, personnel management and system maintenance based on the business. The in-out warehouse management model includes in-warehouse business, out-warehouse business and advanced application. The work order management includes planning documents making, review order, to-do list, query order and historical order. The statistics inquiry model includes query assets, inventory statistics, recipients statistics and order statistics. The personnel management model includes personnel register, role management and permission configuration. The system maintenance model includes asset state allocation, flow field maintenance, ERP material information input.The normal operation of this system provides a PC application platform and warehouse platform for the management of the electric energy metering device. Through the advanced application platform, the administrators can retrieval, query and statistics the information of the devices. And the platform provides the warehouse user the functions such as managing the assets in-warehouse, managing the asset warehouse and managing the asset out-ware. The use of this system can improve the working efficiency, strengthen the management of electric energy metering device and ensure the security of assets, which laid the foundation for the development of the electric power enterprise. |
