In modern society, ITIL has already been an international standard for service managerial procedure. As a global standard, lots of business pay a great effort to make their service system best by applying ITIL. For exploiting mature standard, it can not only accelerate the business forming of its own service managerial procedure system theoretically, but guarantee complete success for every single secession as well. ITIL includes incident management, problem management, change management and so on, these flow have their own standard methods, the enterprise needs perfect maintenance system according to ITIL standard. As an adequate standard, ITIL is able to improve operating efficiency and working quality in service management for the cooperation. Also, ITIL can decline the operational and managerial cost, as well as supervise every segment in managing procedure, which makes the business task controllable during the whole procedure. Incident management, problem management, and change management has been designed in detail by using ITIL core flow. In the specification, roles, activities, flows are strictly defined. At the same time, many experiences have been studied from abroad in order to gradually improve the operation of IT service management, Operation system of Potevio electric autos charge station has fully understand their own shortcomings according to IITL standard method, combine the experience from aboard, finally implement the enterprise system.In this paper, ITIL theory is applied in the service managerial procedure of Potevio electric autos charge station by using mainstream JBPM workflow engine, Struts, Hibernate, and Spring frame to develop operational and support system. This developing frame can enhance the developing efficiency, as well as improve the maintainability, expansibility and reusability.
