Presently,call center has become important means to improve the quantity of customer service and strengthen the inner operating management of the enterprises. Based on the established call center hardware facilities,we designed and implemented the software of customer service system for call center,this can improve telecom operator's response speed of customers' request and offer high quality services,and improve production efficiency and management level,enhance enterprise benefit.The design purpose of the electronic work order management system is to take over customers' complaints or consultancy timely and to solve customers' problem efficiently. This article explained the design and implementation of the electronic work order management system and function features.By the application of this system,the telecom operators can carry out the work order business in regulation,and monitor the work order timely,solve customer's problems as soon as possible,improve the service ability of the customer service center and the customers' satisfaction.
