The terminal delivery of enterprise e-commerce platform is an important part of customer experience,and the delivery effect directly affects customers' trust in enterprises.The delivery of products on operators' e-commerce platforms adopts the mode of third-party logistics,which has disadvantages such as high delivery cost,lack of professional product service support in the delivery process,loss of secondary marketing opportunities and loss of customer information to third-party logistics companies.Therefore,the system design goal of this paper is to build a work order management subsystem covering the whole province,which can centralize the processing and distribution business,set up the management of the entire province's distribution employees,match the work order address,dispatch orders and performance assessment.We will use our own professional employees to deliver customer orders and improve the terminal delivery of enterprises.This article through to the system business process combing,prior knowledge of e-commerce platform,at home and abroad for reference,propose solutions,design contains domain partition and address matching,personnel management,work order process and management,process monitoring and early warning,statistical analysis and performance evaluation incentive module based on geographic information of the e-commerce work order management subsystem,the system is based on the existing e-commerce platform,combined with GIS,the enterprise internal standard package area address database of geographic information,e-commerce platform of the orders assigned to the corresponding staff group,through the work order management subsystem,which can realize customer order address matching area with staff,Locking recently delivery staff people,and support staff by rob and sent the single way to deal with the repair order,incentive and evaluation for the staff to deliver the repair order,realize end-to-end whole process control and scheduling,so as to improve the enterprise electronic commerce platform work order distribution link in the last kilometer,effectively avoid solving depend entirely on the disadvantages of third party distribution products,greatly improve the customer's communication products shopping experience,enhance the enthusiasm of employees and customers of viscosity,enhance the enterprise competitiveness.Through the service to the different levels of the system test,the results show that the work order management subsystem server meet functional and non-functional requirements put forward by the enterprise,the system added atpresent domestic operators lack of e-commerce platform terminal distribution software system,and for later related enterprise electric business platform terminal distribution link building and development to provide reference and basis.
