Secondly, basing on the demand analysis, illustrations were given from overall architecture design to specific function design in the perspective of software design and the design proposal for data base was provided. At last, this paper discusses the software system is the main part of the client and the realization of the software system development and testing.The software development of this system employed the high level programming language of C# language, which is applied to the NET Framework by Microsoft, and the data base of Microsoft SQL Server to make programming development, withASP.NET component library based on j Query/ExtJS adopted for the user interface. The system has been submitted to test run and realized the development objective of original plan function, providing technical support for the realization of effective management process.
