In recent years, the network media attention for early childhood teachers this group seems to be more and more high, particularly in 2012, zhejiang wen ling "abuse" after the incident, reported by negative reports. The emergence of this phenomenon will damage to preschool teachers group overall image, which not only hinder the work of preschool education and implementation, and makes the social public to preschool teachers group question and negative attitude, especially weaken the recognition of parents for preschool teachers.This article is based on sohu, sina, netease, such as phoenix, tencent portal reports and represented by news agency, People’s Daily, xinhua reported in the mainstream of the website as the research object; Study selected sample of 2012, 2013, 2014, three years of preschool teachers’ reports, research method is through quantitative and qualitative research and analysis; Conclusion is default network media reports on the preschool teachers presented negative tendency, and the reports to preschool education labeled as "evil" like the angel, "a Wolf in sheep’s clothing", "grandma Wolf" and other bad labels.The author analysis found that the reasons for this phenomenon has the following several aspects: on the one hand, stems from a real life, there are teachers did appear abuse case and some of the teachers themselves, thus became the object of network media; On the other hand, teachers group at a disadvantage in the position in the teacher group, preschool teacher’s own comprehensive quality is low, the staff working pressure, give priority to with women and preschool teacher, compressive ability is poor, weak consciousness of public relations, for negative reports, unable to make timely and effective response; Combined with network media in the fierce market competition, in order to satisfy the curiosity of the audience, increase the negative news report, as well as network media personnel and social audience of preschool education inherent stereotypes and prejudice.To improve network news of preschool teachers "negative", even "demonised" phenomenon, should change from several aspects: first, the whole staff group itself should realize the impact of negative reports phenomenon, starts from oneself, establish good public relations consciousness; Social public needs to avoid the influence of stereotype, with a rational view of the lack of preschool teachers’ group, the dialectical analysis of the network media news reports; Finally as the network news media should enhance the social justice, social responsibilities, with objective attitude to look at and truly image of preschool teachers, restore the real preschool teachers group.
