In recent years, Chinese seafood quality has a significant improvement, but with the development of economic and the growth of population, natural environment has been polluted in different degrees, which does harm to the quality safety of seafood. Meanwhile, in the breeding, processing and storage and transportation of the mariculture industry, the abuse of various additives and environmental non-compliance problems can also lead to unsafe danger. Therefore, creating a construction of a complete, standardized and meeting the quality and safety of seafood traceability model is imminent necessarily, the rapid development of Internet of Things technology can make the system be possible.The main tasks of this thesis are as follows:(1) This thesis analyzes the current development situation of Internet of Things and seafood traceability, studies the characteristics, work architecture of Internet of Things, and discusses the basic theory of traceability and key technologies.(2) This thesis studies the major part of the seafood chain, discusses the importance of seafood system. This thesis also makes FSM methods as reference, it puts forward to a new seafood quality safety model, which called SQA-FSM model.(3) This thesis analyzes risk indicators, using data pretreatment methods and Logit model to make the calculation, finds the key factors, which affects the safety quality of seafood.(4) This thesis puts forward to a specific recommendations and management methods, and overcomes a single study on the quality of a particular aspect of seafood drawbacks, it has benefits to grasp the overall of seafood quality safety, it is not only does benefit to the government and other realted industries, but also insures the interests of consumers.
