In recent years,food safety problems have occurred from time to time.As the source of food supply chain,the quality and safety of agricultural products should not be underestimated.Traceability of agricultural products is the ability to trace or track agricultural products by using Internet of things technology in every link of production,processing,transportation and marketing.The use of Internet of Things technology can avoid the traditional risk to a certain extent,but it will also bring new risk.This paper discusses the risk of agricultural product quality and safety traceability system in the environment of Internet of Things(referred to as system risk)about modeling,identification and ranking of risk factors,and based on System Dynamics Simulation,the system risk is simulated and quantitatively analyzed,that is,sensitivity analysis,which provides a theoretical basis for system risk control,early warning and improving system stability.These methods are adopted in this paper:Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used for qualitative analysis of the system risk,containing risk identification and ranking;System Dynamics Simulation is used to simulate the risk dynamically,simulate the impact of the risk factors on the system risk in different situations and explore the dynamic operation law of the system risk over time;Sensitivity analysis method is used to analyze the risk factors on the system,and the risk factors are further ranked from the time dimension.Thus,the risk of agricultural product quality and safety traceability system under the environment of Internet of Things can be qualitatively,quantitatively and dynamically analyzed,so as to facilitate risk management and early warning.
