Research On The Integrated Archive Management Of Large-scale Project

In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology and the promotion of economic level, more and more large-scale projects emerge in our country. As the most realistic and comprehensive records of the whole project, archive management is an important part of the large-scale project management. Archives not only reflect the overall quality of the project, but also guarantee the operation and maintenance of project after its completion. Under this background, how to use scientific and modern management theory and method to manage the large-scale project archive more efficiently has become an urgent issue.On the basis of the relevant literature and practical work, this dissertation proposed integrated archive management of large-scale project, and conducted a systematic demonstration, made a research on the integrated management and implementation of the program, finally analyzed the archive management of Taizhou Bridge as an example of case. This dissertation consists of eight chapters. The specific content of each chapter are outlined as follows:Chapter Ⅰ is the introduction. Begin with the analysis of research background, elaborate the significance of this dissertation, and analyze the current situation of both domestic and abroad related research through a lot of literature, which is the theoretical groundwork for the study. In the end of this chapter, outline the research content, research method and research idea.Chapter Ⅱ is the definition of related concept. Introduce the connotation of large-scale project, large-scale project archives, integrated management, and analyzes the features of large-scale project archive and integrated management.Chapter Ⅲ is the analysis of large-scale project archive management status of our country. Through reading literature and visiting managers of certain large project, reveal the problems occurred in archive management in our country, and analyze the causes of these problems.Chapter Ⅳ is the strengths of using integrated management in large-scale projects. Learning from successful cases of integrated management in other industries, demonstrates the applicability and advantages to implement integrated management in large project archive management.Chapter V is the principle and content of large project integrated archive management. On the basis of the general principles of archive management, puts forward three principles of large project integrated archive management, namely the integrated principle, dynamic principle, and principle of openness. Elaborate the contents of integrated archive management, including data integration, process integration, staff integration, system integration and platform integration.Chapter VI is the system implementation and guarantee of large project integrated archive management. Include the building of large project integrated archive management platform, and the safeguards that required.Chapter VII is the example of case. Select the archive management of Taizhou Bridge as an research object, based on the content of this dissertation, elaborate the design principles, objectives, functions and integration of "Taizhou Bridge integrated archive management system" from both macro and micro level, which provides a guidance for later building and running.Chapter VIII is the conclusion. Summarize the full dissertation, indicate the innovation and inadequacy and point out the next direction of research.
