Research On Integrated Management Of Multiple Projects Based On IPD Mode

Since the emergence of computer technology in 1946,the computer industry has developed rapidly.The emergence of Internet technology in the 1970s has pushed the wave of information revolution in all walks of life.The information revolution of various industries has produced a large number of market opportunities,and market changes have spawned tens of thousands of enterprises to invest in the field of industry information,forming one software company after another with software engineering implementation or product development as the main business content.The development process of conventional software companies from small and micro start-ups to large or giant enterprise groups has a relatively similar development process,but also faces a series of quite similar problems.The main business models of software companies include engineering implementation,product sales,service guarantee and so on.Among them,the traditional industry software companies mainly focus on engineering implementation model,and take product sales as the development goal.Software enterprises are in different stages of development,and the problems they face are also different.In recent years,there are many successful enterprises in the software industry at home and abroad.In view of Huawei's successful business experience,many enterprises have introduced IPD(integrated product development)management mode into their own enterprises.The introduction of IPD has affected the company's project management mode,How to carry out the project collection management is worthy of in-depth study.Many scholars have carried out in-depth research on the project implementation management problems and corresponding improvement modes in software enterprises.They adopt a variety of methods.The research angles cover project management,enterprise management and other contents.There are many researches on enterprise management under IPD management mode.However,the research objects of scholars are relatively mature super large enterprises and groups,Or entity enterprises,but relatively lack of research on multi project integration management of pure software enterprises in the early and mid-term development.Based on this research situation,this paper studies the multi project integration management in medium-sized software enterprises.The author analyzes the common problems existing in enterprise management,project management and multi project management of various enterprises by reading more research literature,and deeply understands the IPD management system,taking HangTian T company as the research object,Based on the core management concept of IPD,this paper studies how the internal departments of the company optimize the organizational structure,integrate the resources,establish the training system,build the assessment system,and design the training system,Realize the multi project integrated management of various business departments.Through the case study of HangTian T company,a set of relatively perfect and feasible multi project integration management scheme is finally formed,which is suitable for large software enterprises in the early/middle development stage.It can provide reference for multi project integration management of this type of enterprises in the same development stage.
