The Design And Realization Of Digitalization Archive Management System In HeFei Based On .NET

With the rapid development of the society,people require more accurate and faster information. As one of the important information resources,archives are threatened by the global information waves.People need the effective management and utilization on the archives,but the old way cannot meet the need anymore.How to change the old manual way to the digital one becomes the hot point.Based on archive management digitalization engineering of HeFei, the archive management digitalization system of HeFei is developed by making full use of the information technologies including computer technology,communication technology, network technology,database technology and multimedia technology.First, the thesis discusses the main process of digitizing an arehive in HeFei. Then, according to the digital directory database of a traditional archive and the analysis of the functional requirements for the digital archive of HeFei, the B/S and C/S mode are combined for the system architecture.The over all scheme is formulated and the main functions of the system are specified.The digital archive system of HeFei chooses SQL Server 2000 as a background database and establishes a rational database mode and storage structure, which ensures effective access to data and meets the processing requirements of the application tasks. .NET and C# are selected as the developing Platform and language, respectively.The ado.net database access technology is used.The online query function and the archive management function are realized.
