Industry 4.0 is called "the fourth industrial revolution" after the invention of the steam engine, the mass production and automation. A major theme of industry 4.0 is "smart factory" whose core content is high degree integration of industrial and information and which uses intent of things and equipment monitoring technology to enhance information management and application service. The demand of intelligent factory becomes increasingly higher to management and maintenance of field devices. Any delay in solution of malfunction will produce a huge loss. And the accident inquiry, failure analysis, accountability after the accident will also be given attention. Inspection is a key link in industrial process. But the traditional paper-based inspection equipment is low speed, heavy workload, prone to error, poor execution, lock of data reliability. It is urgently needed to achieve inspection system information by using of the Internet of things and other related technologies. Therefore, the thesis combined with the practical application project to research inspection system based on RFID technology and Android systems. Comparing with traditional paper-based inspection, it makes business process out of the limitations of time and place, expands the existing information systems, and covers the entire work site. And inspector can communicate with company information platform at any time, it improves work efficiency.Surrounding the "development and application of IOT (intent of things)-based copper smelting equipment inspection management system", RFID technology and Android system, process type equipment inspection client is designed. This thesis designs and implements a equipment inspection comprehensive client focus on friendly interface and function maturation aspects which has user login and registration, tag management, scanning inspection, information inquiry, non-upload data management, camera, inspection schedule viewing and other functions, has the advantages of simple UI, friendship and easy to operate.Firstly, the research background and signification of the industrial field equipment inspection client and research status are discussed in this thesis. Equipment inspection management system framework based on copper smelting is introduced as well as system architecture analysis and server design. Moreover, the problems clients need to solve is also analyzed. Secondly, based on electrical, mechanical type equipment inspection clients, process type equipment inspection client is designed, which has functions of job number register, devices information input, add labels and so on. The framework of process type client is designed, the traditional paper form is processed, the main modules and interface are designed. Then, based on the similarity of existing electrical, mechanical, process type equipment inspection clients which is unfriendly human-machine interaction and dysfunction, a comprehensive client is designed and implemented from interface optimization and function maturation aspects,which can inspects all electrical, mechanical and process three type equipment. The thesis analyzes user’s actual needs and functions of comprehensive client, designs framework, SQLite database and tables. User research, interaction design and visual design of interface optimization are introduced in detail. The interface design and features of new functions such as user login and registration, client homepage, information inquiry, camera and so on. Finally, the industrial equipment inspection comprehensive client is tested for normal and abnormal operations, comparing the expected results with actual results. The test result show that equipment inspection Android integrated client meet design goals of the comprehensive client, the equipment inspection requirements of smelting workshop and refining plant. At the end of this article, this thesis is summarized, next target in the future of equipment inspection Android integrated client is prospected.
