Steel factories rely on various machines and equipment for production activities.It is of great significance for industrial production to maintain and manage these machines and equipment.Most of the steel factories are still using the traditional equipment inspection method on paper,but the traditional method have many shortcomings,such as low efficiency,poor real-time,poor accuracy,lack of security and confidentiality because of manual intervention.Intelligent factory is an important theme of industrial 4.0.It has become the trend of the society to design and develop a variety of software for equipment inspection using advanced computer technology,and the advanced way of mobile equipment inspection came into being.In order to solve the problem of traditional equipment inspection method,this paper designs and develops an intelligent device detection system based on Android,which originates from the cooperation between Dalian University of Technology and a group limited company on the intelligent(the second step)project of equipment inspection management.Starting from the improvement of the equipment inspection work in the steel factories,the design tasks and objectives of the system are clearly defined,and they are analyzed that the functional requirements and performance requirements of seven functional modules,such as user login,equipment inspection,equipment query,equipment monitoring,work trajectory,security performance and group chat and notification module.The system is designed as client and server using the C/S architecture,the client is based on the Android mobile operating system and the server is based on the Java platform.The MVC design pattern is selected to design the system.All the functions are implemented by the SSH framework in the design and development.The HTTP and Web Socket network protocol is used to connect the client and the server,and SQLite and My SQL databases are selected separately as the main data storage management system of the client and the server.The seven functional modules of the system are analyzed in detail,and the related technology in the system development is introduced.Then each function of the seven functional modules is realized.Considering the high concurrency of the system in actual use,the system is optimized,the reverse agent and load balancing function of Nginx are used to optimize the system,and the environment of deployment in the system is introduced.Based on the Amoeba,the My SQL master-slavereplication and separation of reading and writing are designed to solve the problem of high concurrency of data base processing and improve the response speed,stability and accuracy of the system.In order to facilitate the maintenance of the backstage database,fingertip silicon steel background system was developed in this paper.In the intelligent equipment inspection system,the amount of code for the Android client is 45000 lines,and the amount of code on the server side is 8000 lines,so these total 53000 lines.And the amount of code for fingertip silicon steel background system is 3000 lines.Finally,the function and performance test of the intelligent equipment inspection system are carried out.The function of the seven functional modules in the actual use of the system are tested repeatedly,and the results show that the expected effect is met and the functional requirements of users are satisfied.The Android client of the system uses the Monkey test tool to test the pressure,and the performance of the system is tested repeatedly by simulating multiple abnormality and increasing the load of the server.A large number of experiments show that the response time,the number of concurrent users,the throughput,and the robustness of the system all achieve the ideal effect and meet the user's non functional requirements.Through four software design and development stages including the requirement analysis,the overall design,the function realization and the system test,a complete intelligent detection system is formed in the end.
