Research And Implementation Of Intelligent Inspection System Of Large-scale Coal Mine Equipment

Stable and trouble-free operation of the equipment is a key factor to ensure normal production of enterprises. Underground coal mine environment is complex, high temperature, high humidity, dust, a variety of harmful gas and other factors will lead to the equipment aging, oxidation, mechanical deformation, corrosion. So checking the coal mine equipment on a regular basis has a very important significance to find and eliminate hidden dangers timely, reduce failure rate of equipment, and ensure reliable operation of coal mine equipment.Based on the analysis the existing drawbacks in equipment inspection of China’s coal industry and the consideration of the existing conditions of coal mining enterprises, I designed and developed a intelligent inspection system of large-scale coal mine equipment.The system mainly includes inspection instrument, the Android client and the integrated management platform three parts, provides customizing basic information, performing inspection tasks without paper, equipment closed-loop management, and other functions.Compared with the traditional inspection way, which depends on paper documents, the system not only realize data paperless management by database server, and make it easy to preserve and analyze of the historical data, but also give a strong supervision on the duty of stuff to ensure that the inspection staff in place and on time, improve the work efficiency and the work quality. At the same time, compared with the smart handheld inspection equipment, this system with the android client, make up for these shortages, such as small screen, limited memory, running slow, poor user input experience and so on.Firstly, this paper analyzes the overall architecture of the intelligent inspection system for large-scale coal mining equipment. Then it introduces the selection and design of the remote database server and local database for Android client. At the same time, it studies deeply the key technologies of inspection data collection, transmission and processing.Finally, the key modules as examples, it describes the design and implementation of the Android client and integrated management platform applications in detail.Practical application shows that the system can promote the standardization,information, and intelligence of equipment inspection in coal mining. It can strengthen the monitor of coal mine safety production, and raise the level of safety management in coal mine enterprises.
