The Researching Of Industrial Equipment Inspection And Management System Based On Mobile Internet

With the rapid development of economic and social,the internet technology has obtained development by leaps and bounds.The Internet is growing stronger at the same time enriching people's life.The posing of the conception of "Internet +" but also played a powerful role in the development of the Internet.In recent years,the vast majority of internet migrates to mobile terminal with the vigorous development of internet technology,and the wave of the mobile Internet is spread across all aspects of society.Firstly of all,this paper analyzes the routing inspection status quo of equipment intensive enterprise reasonably,and sums up the problems existing in the process of current equipment inspection.Aiming at the disadvantages of the inspection,this article will use the information data acquisition and transmission communication model as a guide,combine with the automatic identification of qr code and GPS positioning technology to realize the system design according to the functional requirements.The system ensures standardized operation of inspection work,and effectively avoids the falsification in the process of inspection,and provides the reliable data support for the management of the enterprise leadership.Secondly,this article designs a system's architecture according to the inspection operation requirements analysis and technology selection.It designs two parts including the industrial equipment resource management platform and inspection based on mobile internet terminal.Here industrial equipment resource management platform is based on B/S pattern to design system server,and enterprise managers through the resource management platform of industrial equipment for basic information maintenance,constituting the inspection task,planning inspection path and statistical analysis of data.Inspection terminal is a implemented client based on C/S model,and inspection collects inspection data by checking the acquisition terminal for industrial equipment,communicating with the server through wireless communication technology to save the inspection data in order to analysis inspection records expediently.Finally,it builds the Android development platform according to the above system design,using MYSQL database to write industrial equipment inspection and management system,and tests the function of each subsystem,finally realizes the functional requirements of the system.
