In recent years, with the rapid development of wireless networks and the rapid popularization of intelligent mobile phone, the intelligent personal mobile devices have become an important tool for a new generation of mobile office. They are playing an increasingly important role, and even gradually replace the hand held personal computer. At present, Android platform obviously become a research hot spot in the field of intelligent mobile phone because of its broad development prospects.This paper mainly describes the design and implementation of the system of the inspection system of port equipment which based on Android platform. After the analysis of user needs in all aspects it systematically analyzes the implementation principle of strategy and technology of Android system which according to the function of each module, inspection system of port equipment demand. And it carefully introduces the design flow chart and program design of the core code of the system functional requirements, performance requirements, interface requirements and key module. What’s more, it can realize each functional module in a more effective and reasonable way and finally completed the port equipment inspection system is a convenient and practical.The core of this system is real-time state monitoring and diagnosis equipment. It is based on the method of life cycle management of equipment, and its aim is to improve the overall efficiency of the equipment. It realizes the integrated management of enterprise equipment. It is also a kind of integrated automation information system which about the equipment operation and management. The system is based on the intelligent inspection terminal, and upload to the server through the inspection staff manual confirmation device status information. Its advantages lie in the human experience and sense the project quantitative many traditional into actual data to provides an effective means for accurately determining the status of the equipment.Through the combination of equipment and artificial judgment way, it can not only improve the efficiency and accuracy of equipment condition monitoring, reduces the work intensity of managers, but also make the level of automation greatly enhance the management of enterprise.After verification of the system, the port equipment inspection system can meet the needs of the work of the port. And it can obviously improve the work efficiency.
