The pathogenic fungus of automated testing technology is still in the start stage. And the key to prevent plant fungous disease is to monitor the number of plant fungal spores in the air in real-time. But for now do not have spores detection system. Conventional methods is to conduct the sample through a single spore trap sample capture, then remove and observe the glass with the naked eye under the microscope. In order to achieve the plant fungal spores in the air quantity in the field of real-time monitoring, based on the traditional catching spores method and the current spore count method, this paper design the remote field fungal spores microscopic image collection and processing system on the basic of the Lab VIEW development platform. Through this system the worker can realize the capture of fungal spores in the air, and then shoot and analysis samples through intelligent image microscopy imaging method to determine the number of spores in the sample, which provides strong data support of plant fungi disease early warning.This thesis mainly includes the following aspects:Microscopic image collection and processing system design is an important part of the whole system in order to realize rapid detection of the number of spores. With a lot of research and test, this paper designs the micro particle information acquisition device and slide device console and accurate camera, which can realize rapid of spores in the air of information acquisition and image acquisition, and lays a solid foundation on image processing and analysis.The function of hardware circuit design system into reality. It mainly drives control module and the camera light source brightness control hardware circuit design, and perfect the function. The core technique was used to implement the whole system adopts PWM modulation precise control of stepping motor and dynamic adjustment of lighting source.In view of the system functional requirements, the software module in the system is designed and integrated, which mainly uses the Lab VIEW development platform for software system design. And the process designation includes the stepper motor control, microscope light source brightness adjustment, CCD camera, image acquisition, image analysis, etc.The whole system is tested from the stability, feasibility and accuracy. The detailed detection includes the capture of the sample, the drive control precision stability, micro CCD camera collection pictures effect, sample processing. The inspection situation above can be used to analyze if the test plan is in line with the design purpose.Comprising several tests of the system, this system uses the circular structure as sample slide structure, which accommodates 20 pieces of glass slide. The sample slides automatically 18 ° rotation angle for each day, and the observation of the sample slides by the CCD microscope camera, which used for continuous monitoring of the field environment.Changingthe sample slides once when sample object stage rotating one circle. And after the replacement cycle, continue to capture and monitor the samples in accordance with the settings capture and particle information monitoring field. CCD camera images are stored in the specified folder according to the needed.
