Research On The Integration Of Radio And TV Resources In Inner Mongolia And Its Countermeasures

This article carefully scrutinizes the development process of media integration at home and abroad and the research results of media fusion through the literature research method,case study method,and theory-based method.It is learning advanced experience and lessons learned from failures.At the same time,it also analyzed the course of development and system reform of radio and television in Inner Mongolia,and learned that the current integration of resources was far from the goal of the initial stage of the merger.Detailed institutional reform measures have led to the integration of resources of Inner Mongolia People's Broadcasting and Television Station.Objective problems exist in the system,such as imperfect employment system,incomplete separation of industrial undertakings,incomplete separation of production broadcasting,and lack of innovation capabilities.In order to solve the problems in the integration of resources in Inner Mongolia Radio and TV Station,this article refers to Hunan Satellite TV and other successful cases to propose strategies,in order to provide reference for related work..
