| Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,as the main living province of Mongolian in China,is full of rich national culture and attracts many tourists at home and abroad.But so far,most of the ethnic minorities in Inner Mongolia,especially the Mongolian,have given up their mother tongue and started to learn Chinese.The proportion of people learning Mongolian language is getting smaller and smaller.Mongolian language is experiencing an unprecedented crisis.The inheritance of national language has become an important work of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.As the inheritor and recorder of culture,publishing house has the responsibility to carry forward the minority culture and minority language and let more minorities pick up their own language and make the national culture inherit.As a good way of inheritance,digital publishing can preserve all electronic forms of minority culture in the form of digitalization.Although the development of digital publishing in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is faster than that in some minority areas,there is still a big gap compared with the developed areas,and there is still a large space for development of digital publishing in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Based on the analysis of the current situation of typesetting technology,language resource database,digital platform and digital achievements of digital publishing in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,this paper analyzes the problems of digital publishing in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,such as weak awareness of digital publishing,lack of composite talents,lack of information technology,insufficient government supervision and lack of copyright protection.At the same time,from the aspect of enterprises,it is suggested that enterprises should enhance their competitive awareness,increase their use of Internet thinking,digital product types,information technology investment and copyright protection technology,increase cross regional cross-border cooperation and inter industry integration,and promote the development of digital publishing characteristics in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region;from the aspect of government,it is suggested that government should focus on supporting and long-term supporting,and cultivate compound talents,and develop relevant laws,regulations and standards to maintain the external environment of digital publishing.The corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the two aspects of enterprise and government,so that enterprises and government can cooperate with each other to jointly promote the development process of digital publishing in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and promote the protection and smooth inheritance of minority languages and characters. |
