The design and implementation of KFT technology company’s building device running management system is discussed is this thesis which goal is to conduct comprehensive centric management for all the device resources and public service facilities in the building based on the advanced hardware and software techniques.This system is developed with the objectives of unifying devices management, continuous monitoring, defect intelligent recognition and all life-time maintaining. The advanced building automatic control system’s operating system and device running management software has both traditional graphic text window surface and dynamic graphic surface to realize high reliable and efficient system management function for users. This software is a user-oriented, open, standard and modeling software. The whole system includes traditional text operating software, graphic operating software, data collection software, graphic alarm software and graphic tendency chart analysis software. This software can be used together conveniently and freely, to help the user achieve enough data from the Devices and make decision. From the view of developing foundation, it discusses building automatic control system’s features and technology situation, the development of distributed control technology and main achievements. Then, from the view of software engineering, it gives detailed discussion and summarize to the system’s demand analysis, software system design, system configuration requirement, main programs programming and system testing. The thesis discusses in detail the software’s layered architecture design scheme.The system’s data management layer is programmed with relational dada model language SQL and its device running layer is programmed with C++ in which each device entity is implemented as a C++ object and dispatched to the multithreading environment. This system has been finished developing with good effects and is on the engineering testing stage.
