The design and implementation of Hongyuan company's integrated equipment running management system for industrial workshop infrastructure is discussed is this thesis which development objective is to implement the unified management for the traditional separated equipment subsystems in order not only to raise the efficiency of the large building's infrastructure management and to make it relatively easy to customize the user's special management requirement functions.The main feature of this system is its implementation of conducting the centralized management on all the equipments and public services infrastructure in the industrial building on basis of the advanced hardware and software techniques. This system is developed with the functions of integrating equipments management, continuous monitoring, intelligent defect recognition and all life-time maintaining. The human machine interaction interface is generated with great user friend ship. The concrete requirements on this application software system is analyzed in detail with focuses on the functions of the system central station running management, cooler-and-heater running management, electrical equipment management and data communication infrastructure network operation management together with such functions' user case models established. This application software is constructed in entirety within the frame work of multi-layer architecture with data management layer, running control management layer and central station control layer which effectively abstract the system design, functional objects configuration and instruction distribution. The design scheme is discussed in detail based on this multiplayer architecture.The system's data management layer is programmed with relational dada model language SQL and its equipment running layer is programmed with C++ in which each equipment entity is implemented as a C++ object and dispatched to the multithreading environment. This system has been finished developing with good effects and is on the engineering testing stage.
